Seems I have a problem with the "Do you want to save the changes" button, okay, so the first time I clicked on "no" afer inputting data on a spreadsheet was my fault, I sighed loudly and just on with doing it all again

However, the second time it happened today was after a very hard to read 9 page medical statement I had to type, and went round the office a couple of time to identify various words, now this time, I know I clicked on the "yes" button. Opened it up to change a word, and not one word had been saved

This time I did more than sigh loudly.
