Facelift for Blackpool Tower

Lots of work being done on the tower in preparation for the summer season. Good job they had the weather for it today, as it's going to be raining lots at the weekend. Noise was like a massive tap being turned on into an empty metal sink - very loud even though about 300 feet up.
