Rainbow out of nowhere

A cold day today which started in rain and never really recovered. There was blue sky in patches but then a shower and back to grey, a bit like a stuck car trying to get out of some mud.

Then behind us some proper dark grey clouds, a strong wind and whoosh someone threw some hail at us for 5 minutes and then gone, like it had never happened and behind it the most beautiful blue sky. Did make for a nice rainbow though
