Tulip 2

The one thing about tulips is they make great models.
I took the vase outside to use natural light again today and experimentd with a host of different settings until I got it just the way I wanted.
One of the objectives was to see if using a non-macro lens, in this case a 24-70 f2.8 , could achieve a closeup effect but still give good detail and sharpness of focus to the tulip's center and two outside petals.
