Baku and Sturgeon

In Baku, Azerbaijan. The Caspian has great sturgeon, as Baku's central market attests. We didn't try any, nor taste the fabulously expensive black caviar, but I couldn't help but appreciate the ornate colouring on the caviar king's back.
