perfect pasta

yep, it's another ...I don't know what to blip day...

so these are the ingredients that went into dinner. Pasta, prawns, olives, cherry tomatoes, and home made spicy pasta sauce... I never blip the finished thing because although it tastes great, my presentation sucks... I always make too much and it can hardly be classed as fine dining...

Anyway I was back at work today, back to eating properly today, and I also delivered the ugli bonnet, apron and seed hopper to East Lothian Museums who are very happy with it... They go on display on the 30th of March when the new centre opens...

All in all very productive, but now I'm shattered and could sleep for a million years...
