Harris's roof

I've been at the Harris in Preston for the launch of the Cultural Olympiad in the North West. Great event.

The leader of the council described the Harris as the best building in the North West. I don't agree. I honestly think the condemned bus station is more important. Having said that I do like this picture of the roof. It's a blue and orange thing again - well almost.
