Downward spiral.

Hard work getting everyone sorted this morning.

'Managing Staff Performance' training this morning was good and I got on really well. The blip is of my view and the new helipad.

Popped into see mum again after that before I picked boys up. Then all hell broke loose. The less said about the evening the better. Tomorrow must be better otherwise this downward spiral will continue and I don't want it to.
