Gillian cutting the traditional Scottish Haggis-

Haggis the national dish of Scotland in honor of the poet Robert Burns. Its really very good but if you've never tried it and would like to, do not read the following:

"Haggis is a kind of savoury pudding containing sheep's 'pluck' (heart, liver and lungs), minced with onion, oatmeal, suet, spices, and salt, mixed with stock, and traditionally encased in the animal's stomach and simmered for approximately three hours.
Haggis is traditionally served with "neeps and tatties" (Scots: Swedish turnip and potato, boiled and mashed separately) and a "dram" (i.e. a glass of Scotch whisky)."
