I think I've remembered those lyrics correctly - I know them really well but I've never needed to write them down.

They're from a song, written for Aberdeen Scout Gang Show, that was / is always sung at the start of the finale of the show.

The song is all about friendship & memories and singing it on the last night of show week was always at bit sad.

We sang it today at a very different sort of finale. We sang it as we celebrated a life and their significant contribution to Scouting and the development of young people.

Gone but not forgotten Lorraine.
