Fork you?

After watching a BBC show a few weeks ago on caring for your lawn in autumn , I was determined to try their routine.

When we moved in here, the lawn was great. I don't think I knew that lawn didn't have to have clover and other weeds in it! It has deteriorated over the last year in our (non) care.

Got the metal rake, got the fertilizer and the seeds for patching. Pickled a patch that equates to about a quarter of the lawn. Dealt to the "thatch", started the aeration process. Did about a quarter before my sore shoulder called a halt to this. Will have another go tomorrow. Will post an after photo in a few months if it all goes well!
