The Biggest Manchester United fan in the World ...

... is our Gastro Specialist. His whole office (and he has a large one) is covered wall to ceiling in photos of the team over the years. He is in many of the photos posing and greeting the players because even though we live in South Africa, he flies over to see the games as often as he can.

We took daughter T to see him for a consult as she is still suffering from unexplained abdominal pain on a daily basis. We have scheduled an appointment for her to have some procedures to be able to rule out any conditions and try to discover what is going on.

The doctor is an hour away from home and so I left son K to be looked after by our school principal. He played sport after school and I knew we would only get home after 6pm. So the two of them went for a quick meal before she dropped him off at home. I am not sure how often that scenario takes place. My children dont realise how lucky they are to have such a caring principal!
