Me looking down on... Ilkley

This morning I finished off a marathon job of collecting, editing and putting together and uploading about 500 photos in an album to give to Matt who is 18 at the end of next week. It's been a bit of toil, but I've enjoyed remembering some great times and places and the blessing of him in our lives.

This afternoon and evening we had a visit from an old school friend of L's and her family, together we have a great time catching up. The live in the fens, so we took them up a proper hill and introduced them to proper wind. Despite the blustery conditions we found cup and ring marked stones from iron age, clambered rocks and their kids took photos and we worked up an appetite for a fine meal together.
