Christchurch Gap Filler

Washing hanging out in the middle of an empty site in the CBD?? This caught my eye as we were cycling through the inner city, but on closer examination it was clear it was a bit of a set-up. A nice touch of humour from CERA maybe, when there is so much sadness, destruction and negativity about the city. I can't even remember now what used to be on this site.
