Still walking

I managed to not have my heel frozen today at the chiropodist this afternoon, which frankly was a relief, but am having the dry needling in a couple of weeks - I think that's going to hurt

Any I did get to walk back through Leadenhall market, which does seem to be changing as many of the shops appeared to be chains rather then independents.
