Dress a girl around the world

I've been meaning to do this for ages and this weekend I finally did it. I made a pillowcase dress for 'dress a girl around the world', a charity which donate dresses to girls in the developing world. The charity thinks that that "every girl should own at least one pretty dress" which I think is a pretty good idea.

So it's made from a pillowcase with a couple of other odds and ends. If you fancy getting your sewing machine out there's a (very simple) pattern and tutorial here. Finished dresses need to be sent to Louise
