Crossing

I took my girls out for a sunny Sunday jaunt round a local lake. The weather was pretty lovely. "Warm", a whopping 11 degrees in Oslo today, no wind and the sun peeking through the lightly whipped clouds. The lake is still frozen solid to the point where it is still good for walking across it or going ice fishing but the edges and rivulets flowing into it have started to thaw. This wee spot, along with a few others, were mirror-like and perfectly clear so as we wandered along we caught glimpses of sky above.

A pretty perfect way to wile away the time on a lazy Sunday afternoon.
