Buddhism in Wales

The Buddhist Council of Wales, like other organisations, holds committee meetings. We decided last year that rather than meet in a committee room we would meet at each others' places of practice.

The meeting today was held at The Cardiff Buddhist Centre, a centre of the Triratna Buddhist Community.

As well as discussing the work of the Council, visiting other people's places of practice is a wonderful opportunity to get to know them.

The Cardiff Buddhist Centre has several meditation rooms and one has this painting, a triptych representing Buddhism in Wales. It shows the towns, castles and other buildings on the left side and the natural landscape on the right.
