A Picture Says A Thousand Words

Busy old Sunday, well at least until mid afternoon. Dogs walked, Lad to football (we really need summer football), Mega to gymnastics. Back to watch the lad (no skin on one side of my face thanks to the wind). Drop him off at home, made some soup (sweet potato with cauliflower and coconut and a dash of spice - not bad). Back out to pick Mega up from cheerleading. Then home for lunch (that soup).

Sat down to watch the football with my lunch. Woke up at 6:22 feeling rough as a badgers. Lost three hours.

Have had some dinner (the wife made some Santa fe chicken with tacos. Very nice. Then we watched "In The Valley of Elah". Pretty good film and a sad subject.

Now after getting the uniform ready (Ironing Mountain can wait until tomorrow) and sorting the kitchen I am going walk the dogs and hit the sack. Here's hoping I wake up feeling a bit better.

P.S. to make it worse it is only 1:30 until the worst day off the week.
