Manual handling training today at work...ooh riveting stuff I know but I can now tell exactly what Denis is doing wrong. He's not bending his knees and lifting with his legs, admittedly he has no knees to bend, and he's not asked a friend to help him lift a patently too heavy load...greedy boy!
