'Biblize-Fire'

We were quite fortunate to see a 'Biblize-Fire' in action today - siren sounding, lights flashing, flag flying - speeding along 5th Avenue. Very exciting!!

Biblize-Fire - long story - but I will keep it brief! We bought a toy fire engine as a Christmas Present for our son when he was 3-4 years old (a few years ago - he's at uni now). It had flashing lights and made all the sounds - siren, and a voice shouting various warnings. We could never really work out what was being said, but he was convinced it said 'Biblize-fire' and it stuck - to this day. So we were excited to have seen it.

So excited that this picture is my blip rather than anything else we saw today. And we visited a great photography museum with a fantastic display of Weegee's pictures (my favourite was 'Simply Add Boiling Water'). Went up the Empire State Building - 102nd floor (and witnessed the sun setting). Took many building and street photos but I just have to record this!
