The nightly ritual

Isha loves her nightly ritual. Bath, lotion (which she helps put on), brush her teeth (which she demands that she do it herself), turn on the music (NPR), turn off all the lights, put out her blankie, and a kiss from daddy.

After that I immediately walk out the door and she falls asleep in about 5 minutes. No fuss and no crying (usually). We're kinda spoiled.
