If paradise was half as nice

I'm not sure it would be found in this small part of Birmingham.

Don't get me wrong - I love Birmingham to bits, but sometimes .....

The proximity of a mac D's, a Greggs, a palm tree, (an unseen wether spoons and Nandos also lurk within) under the glazed roof in the centre of the existing library really do herald its doom as a centre of cultural learning - let's hope the new library will rise in its lacy bumblebee-ness and be a true cultural centre for Birmingham.
