buzz lightyear and his big sister

A lovely spring day today with washing dried outside and kids playing in the garden. The light is lovely and so welcome after the months of darkness. Ella and Isaac have been mostly friends today, which is a welcome break from the norm. I ran 4.75 miles in 53 minutes tonight, taking over a minute off our previous PB. Not bad seeing as 8 weeks ago we struggled to run one mile, and even then it took us over 13 minutes to do it. I'll never win a medal running 11 minute miles, but every time you run you win and I feel fitter than ever.
