Green Piece

I've recently reached a kind of dietary compromise whereby I've decided that it's perfectly healthy to have a fry-up for breakfast, as long as it's balanced by a salad for lunch. I have yet to meet a doctor who concurs with this theory, but I also have yet to meet a doctor who's not a joyless, fun-crushing arsehole, so I file their opinions away in the same part of my mind that stores information like Boyle's Law and ex-presidents of Greece.

Consequently, here is today's fry-up counterweight: an apple, walnut and bleu d'Auvergne salad with mustard dressing. Food is truly the way to a man's heart bypass.
