Another Day, Another Cake

So after yesterday's cake, I find another one making an appearance at work.

The daughter of one the receptionist baked a cake for mine and 2 of the receptionists birthdays which are in the next few days.

So this is me apparently, the gold high heel shoes elsewhere on the cake I can assure you all are nothing to do with me(do I protest too much?).

A nice surprise and the rule - that birthday cakes are calorie free was asserted by more than the 3 of us.
