Phew!

I think I may ache a bit tomorrow - furthest I've ever run, ever, ever - and especially the furthest I've ever run and enjoyed it.

It was made easier by not doing it on my own, but with another of our beginners group - peer pressure is a good thing in running.

It was also parent's evening tonight as well - the boys have done good, although we're still a little concerned that tiddler is kidnapped after school and replaced with miniature demon spawn, only to be replaced by golden child the minute he enters school
