Another treasure of a walk with company, we talk about anything and have a laugh, the dogs play and chase.

Work was a grace of glee.

Walked home with a ruckack full of jars for work mates. It was a lovely early evening. I say a mininialist runner with just shorts on, no top and no shoes. it looked effortless and I should have blipped him. He was well fit and his muscles just oozed as he ran past.

I have got a few huge spots on my body just now, must be hormones, one high up in the upper thigh which is tender and this one. I am sure James Bond had 3 nipples.

Tutoring tonight not bad, putting a plan together to iron out some of the issues.
