Flame Tree

Well a great day - being the centre of attention and being spoilt really suits my personality type :-)

I've been whisked away to a small rural hotel - so quickly before a boozy supper I'm posting my B'day blip.

This flame or coral tree (Erythrina) in the garden has almost mythical qualities in Mexico and Latin America. It has amazing regenerative properties. Hope that is a good sign for me - each year i have less hair where i want it and more body fat where I don't!

Tomorrow we're doing a mega charity hike down a mountain so hope that helps compensate for what I'm about to eat and drink!
