On Time

It gives me satisfaction to walk through our station and see the boards list "On Time" next to every service.

The marketing department made sure the customers came to us, the sales team made sure the tickets were sold, the on board and station teams were the human face of the company to the passengers and we, the engineers, made sure the trains, track, power and signalling was safe and reliable. And this is what it really all boils down to - these two words next to each train we run.

Everything under control.
