Hosanna to the King

"Hosanna to the King" is the title of this art exhibit at the Bangkok Art and Cultural Center. I thought the title was an interesting choice for this tribute to the king of Thailand. But considering "hosanna" is a word "used to express adoration, praise, or joy," it is an appropriate word for most Thai's feelings towards their king.

Most of the pieces displayed were created by professors of one of the universities in Bangkok. It was very well done. The painting in the center is the king when he was younger, and the yellow flag next to the Thai flag in the foreground represents the king.

Yesterday: The map is a reflection of the country, flipped, backwards, however you want to put it. Good job for everyone who guessed it and thanks for playing along!

Have a great Saturday!
