Elephants

Today we found a herd of elephants. As we sat quietly in the safari vehicle the all just ambled past us. As the guide said, as long as we respect them and do nothing to provoke them they will tolerate our presence.

This is an adult female and a larger adolescent male. His advances didn't go down too well and in the following moments they had a brief tussle before she sent him packing.

I was so captured by the action I forgot to take any more photos.
