Pioneers of the 'useful'...

Sat on the train, heading into London. Just thinking, it's 2012... and this train has no wifi, no plug sockets for laptop/phone charging... but, wait, it DOES have one little bin by the door, a cup holder that jiggles about (yes, spilling your tea), and it also has this little piece of design genius photographed.
A jacket hook? Really? I've literally seen ONE being used -one- and this person isn't even hanging a jacket from it; they're hanging a little carrier bag from it, as a makeshift bin because the little one by the door is full.
