Congratulations Bernard!

Bernard ran a 21K this morning as part of the first edition of the "Demi-marathon de la Baie". It was his first race. He came fourth in 1h34m40s - 4m30s per km. Much better than he was expecting and they had a substantial wind in their face.

We see him here at about half way, encouraged by his wife Janique, his favorite fan.
