Decided to make day 4 a little less strenuous with Win Hill to start with then a long valley walk from Bamford back behind Hope to Castleton.
No view from Win Hill due to the fog/low cloud, and the valley was pretty up and down as well. Despite intending to take it a bit easy we still did 10 miles.
Looks like over 40 miles for the four days so we are getting in practice for the great adventure in June.
