Danish

So, to celebrate Super Saturday, the grand finale of the Six Nations, Mrs BH asked me to make some Danish Pastries. They took flimming ages to make, with all the folding and rolling and chilling and folding and rolling and chilling, and to be honest I don't think they're quite sweet enough (apart from the chocolate ones).

And as for portion control... Dan Lepard's recipe says it makes 8-10 Danish... I made rather more than that - 17 I think! Still, they won't go to waste ;)
