Park and float

At Falmouth they have a Park and float service. Much like park and ride but the bus is a boat.
This boat (or is it a ship?) is a 30 year-old dredger that my brother is helping to refit. It cost 17 million when it was built and has been working non-stop since so it's a bit of a wreck. The reason it has been working non-stop is that it makes £30,000 a day profit (so my bro tells me) and, thanks to a radio link straight back to some department in the treasury which monitors how much is being dredged, the nations coffers are being constantly undredged at the same time - if you see what I mean. A new one now costs around £70 million... which still seems like a bargain.
