Beautiful morning on the cliffs. Great view of the docks and castle. Did a 10k run along the cliff tops (would have been more had it not been for pesky knee pain!)

Throughout 2012 I'm raising money for the MS Resource Centre for what would have been my mum's 60th birthday year. Sadly she died from MS 12 years ago.
