last week was ridiculous...

comments off again friends...i cant keep up and i've got to
sleep/not drink/concentrate/eat vegetables/breathe
ok not all at the same time but i've not been doing any of those things very well of late and this week is going to be...what's the right word? my zenith? my nadir?
and it's not even about me....
