Jynx: Local Canine Hero

We went to a Pet Expo this afternoon. There were several demonstrations in the arena such as K-9, therapy dogs, agility & disc performances, etc. At the end of the sheriff's dept. show about K-9 training, they brough out this local hero. Jynx was the partner of a young officer who was killed in the line of duty last year. Jynx pulled his partner/handler out of the shooting & did all he possibly could to try & save his life. He has now been retired & given to live permanently with officer Pagerly's widow. He appears at many benefits & has been embraced by the community.
