Where's the rain?

A water tank in one of my dog's favourite fields reminds us that the promised rain this weekend did not eventuate, and, lovely as it is to be out on a crisp, sunny morning, we need rain! This picture could have been taken on an Australian farm! we don't have many of these in this part of southwest England.
But perhaps we'll have another wonderful spring, followed by a wet summer ?
