Searching for Colour

After several days of bright sunshine (and glimpses of the Northern Lights) today definitely felt like a return to winter on Shetland.

It's been cold and windy - and the rain both in the air and falling has drained all the colour away... with the exception of a few boats around the harbour.

Fugro Searcher is a geophysics survey boat that was moored on Victoria Pier, Lerwick.
