Berry Pickin

Our last day of Spring Break was spent strawberry picking. We just beat the rain that blew in shortly after we filled our buckets. Thankful we got our fill since we will likely have a few days of rain now, which makes for mushy berries till they dry out again.

Made a small batch of jam with a "honey instead of sugar" recipe, pretty good. Will try another with just less sugar and see what the verdict is from the consumers.
