Sometimes only a Toasted Tea Cake will do

Feeling really low both physically and mentally today. Mooched arounbd the house all day and finally dragged myself out to do some shopping.

After sitting in the car for 15 mins wondering what I had to do after ASDA - I wandered up the high street and found a cafe to have a Tea Cake and then felt much better.

Hence the tea cake is the blip - no energy to find anything better!

Tomorrow is bound to be better!!
