I'm so proud of this. It's my very first attempt at making a Victoria Sponge for Awsomo & his work friends. They've been asking for a Battenburg cake, but im new to this baking lark, so I think this will suffice for now. Also made fantastic rocky road squares, but they're currently chilling in the fridge & aren't decorated yet. Cant wait to snaffle one if them bad boys tomorrow with a cup of coffee!!
