Wellness

This is a shot of the wonderful semi-circular glass wall that makes up the library at our local health and wellbeing centre. There is a gym, a cafe, fitness classes, a pool and a library. When I was recovering from surgery in the summer, this was the only place I could walk to, being at the corner of our road. I would go, select a book, sit a while and walk back.

Health and wellbeing is about time, nice spaces, recovery and food for the mind and soul a well as gym classes. I love this place. I should use it more now I'm better.
