Beneath Biscay

Short back and sides

Seems like the local council felt that my blip of this building the other day was a bit spooky, or perhaps untidy. Anyway they sent the boys round to give the trees a trim up ready for the next time I blip it. How thoughtful.

I find the way many trees are pruned in Spain a bit brutal. Their branches are pruned right back each year, leaving knobbly stumps. Fortunately they grow back in no time and will soon be in full foliage. I guess it's a good management at the end of the day, stopping them from getting overgrown.
