8:30am, about to head out for a wee run 'round the knock.

Here's the lodge we've called home for the past few days. Very grateful for a good break.

Managed a quick-paced 5k in the first rain we've seen for 10 days, then packed the car, went to gym and then back into the pool for a wee while before heading for lunchtime and then home.
