My favourite spot, Crystal Cove

This is where I go at least 3 to 5 days a week. I always feel so recharged and peaceful. Sometimes I run sometimes i collect sea glass and today I went paddle boarding. I was the only person out there (that's because it was windy and only idiots who want to pretend to be sails go out on windy days) but I had about 4 dolphins for company and a whole gaggle of sea lions.
