This is what we've been waiting for.

Overnight a giant spider appeared on the wall of Concourse House. This evening specialist scientists abseiled down to take a closer look. A dedicated lab has been constructed at the Albert Dock at which a series of experiments will be performed to determine what precisely is this thing.

Tomorrow, they hope to take it down and transport it to the lab.
